Terms of Service

1. The parties

These terms are between the seller, To be confirmed: legal name, address, company number, and the sports club or organisation purchasing a licence (“the Club”).

2. The service

A web dashboard for clubs and a weekly social media education programme for their members: a 40-week starting sequence of lessons, delivered by email with a mobile lesson page, plus participation figures. The programme is in preparation; lessons are being written and reviewed before they are offered.

3. Licences and prices

12 months — $499 USD, paid once in advance.
24 months — $898 USD, paid once in advance.
36 months — $1,273 USD, paid once in advance.

Taxes: To be confirmed: how sales tax/VAT is applied. Payment is taken through Shopify checkout, which is not open yet.

4. Member limit

Each licence covers up to 100 distinct active members at a time. Two parents of the same member count as one member. Archiving a member frees a place. Plans above 100 members are not available yet.

5. Duration and renewal

Licences are prepaid and do not renew automatically. A renewal must be purchased explicitly. Renewing before expiry adds the new period to the current end date; renewing after expiry starts a new period from the purchase date. The price paid is locked only for the period purchased.

6. Content over time

Each group follows a 40-week sequence that does not restart automatically. The Club can start new groups while its licence is valid. Second and third years include continued access, sending to new groups and updates when needed; we do not commit to 40 new lessons each year.

7. Minors

For members under 18, lessons are sent to a parent or guardian, who shares the activity with the child. The Club must only add parent/guardian emails it is entitled to use. We do not collect children's email addresses.
